How To Use :
- Begin by softly massaging the foot with muscular pain relieving oil, gel or cream.
- Find the affected areas that are tight, then pressure with the thumb to stretch the muscles.
- Feel with the thumb to knots within the hand or foot.
- Press firmly with the small part of the stick, hold the firm pressure for 5 seconds, then slowly release. Repeat until the knot has gone.
- Use the larger end of the massage stick to scrape from the toes down to the sole of the foot, helps to relieve the ligaments and muscles.
- Finish by giving a soft and gentle foot massage.
